IBD Quilt: Book A Quilt

Quilt Bookings

Please allow a minimum 1-month notice prior to your event to facilitate shipping the panels. Panels are booked on a first request basis. We book a few events far into the future and currently have booking contracts for 2011. We will accommodate you as best as we can. Feel free to write for availabilities even if your request is under the 1-month notice. If we have quilts available for your event, we can ship fast. You will, however, be responsible for the higher shipping rate DIFFERENCE from the normal shipping time rate to expedite on-time arrival. For our friends outside North America, please allow minimum 2 months notice before your event.

IQP will incur shipping costs for normal shipping times with proper notification as outlined above. Booking organization is responsible for return shipping costs. IF you have a hardship case, IQP will review on a case-by-case basis and try to cover all shipping costs ~ both TO and FROM your event ~ if the Board of Directors approves your hardship.

If, for any reason, you have a particular quilt that you prefer to book over another, please do let us know. We will try to accommodate your wishes as best we can.

IQP quilts have been on display at a variety of venues ~ organizational chapter meetings, rides, walk-a-thons, doctors' offices, hospitals and conferences. We will ship you the means with which to easily hang the quilt together with brochures and will help you in any way we can for a successful event with our quilts. If you have a computer available at your event, we can even send you a slide show highlighting our quilts in action.
